Terms of Service

We prefer Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit, Credit, and Visa MasterCard within Pakistan.

You can also place an order by messaging us on our Facebook Page, Instagram, WhatsApp, or via our official website.

 

Make-to-Order Products:

These products are pre-orders and require a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to be ready.

Payment for pre-order products must be made in advance.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you find any damage, fault, or difference in the product, Isma Jewellery will be responsible for exchanging the product.

The customer must resend the parcel through Pakistan Post courier service to Isma Jewellery’s address.

 

Exchange of Items:

If customers wish to exchange items (e.g., bangle size, bangle design), a delivery charge of RS200/- will apply.

 

Cancellation and Changes of Orders:

Customers can cancel or change their orders within 2 hours of order submission. After that, no requests will be entertained.

Customers are expected to receive their orders once the order has been placed and payment has been made.

 

Complete Address Requirement:

Customers must provide a complete and proper address including house number, block number, street number, or nearest famous landmark to ensure delivery to their doorstep.

Orders with incomplete, unusual, or empty addresses will be cancelled.

 

Refund and Return Policy:

We strictly follow a No Refund and No Return Policy.

 

Sale Items:

Stock clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Duties and Taxes:

Duties and taxes applied according to your country will be paid by the customer.

 

Exchange Period:

After receiving the previous parcel, the exchange period is 3 to 5 working days for eligible products.
